Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain business with existing and new clients. 2. Lead position mapping and candidate searching for clients’ assignments. 3. Screening potential candidates and identify the right ones from search results. 4. Interview and assess shortlisted candidates, write candidate reports, and conduct recommendations. 5. Communicate with clients on assignments/candidates’ status. 6. Summarize and report assignment status and plan actions needed. 7. Coordinate and participate in client interviews. 8. Salary negotiating and reference checks. 9. Maintain Invenias data up-to-date in terms of assignment and candidate status/result. 10. Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with active/inactive candidates. 11. On-boarding assistance and regular follow up for placed candidates. 12. Industries trends studying, analyzing, and reporting.
1. University education or equivalent. 2. 3+ years working experiences, at least one year in consulting/HR/sales fields. 3. Strong learning abilities and learning willingness. 4. Good language skills and critical thinking . 5. Strong self-motivated, willing to take challenges, and be able to work under pressure. 6. Detail focus, strict and persistent. 7. Result-driven, good in time & task management. 8. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 9. Good English proficiency both orally and in writing.
