Roles & Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining business with existing and new clients. • Leading position mapping and candidate searching for clients’ assignment. • Screening potential candidates and identify right candidates from searching result. • Interview and assess shortlisted candidates, formulate candidate report and conduct recommendation. • Close follow up and regular communicating with client for assignments / candidates’ status. • Regular summarizing and reporting assignment status and plan following steps. • Coordinating and participating client interview. • Salary negotiating and reference check for client identified candidates. • Maintaining Invenias data up-to-date in terms of assignment and candidate status / result. • Developing and maintaining healthy relation with active / inactive candidates. • On-boarding assistance and regular follow up for placed candidates. • Industries studying, analyzing and reporting.
Qualifications Requirements
• University education or equivalent. • 3+ years working experiences, at least one year in consulting / HR / sales fields. • Strong learning abilities and learning desire. • Good language skills, proven abilities and willingness to conduct frequent telephone communication with others, especially with the people who are no familiar. • Good self-motivated, willing to take challenge and be able to work under pressure. • Detail oriented, well-organized, strict and persistence personality, and with good self-discipline. • Be able to work under big pressure and time limit. • Excellent time & task management skills. • Initiative, independent and good interpersonal and communication skills, • Skilled in using internet and MS Windows and Office. • Good English proficiency both orally and written.
