Roles and Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain close and professional relationships with the key accounts in the automotive market and other fields.
2. Promote company products and services to customers.
3. Find out new sales leads and pursue the business opportunities.
4. Successfully move new business opportunities from first contact to order and implementation for assigned accounts in collaboration with the technical team.
5. Actively participate in company marketing activities, including representing the company at tradeshows, tech days, conferences, and other company events.
6. Take full ownership of large Key Accounts.
7. Create a sales strategy for the Key Accounts responsible, make sales plans, and forecast systematically.
Qualifications
1. Degree from a key university in EE, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
2. More than 3 years of experience in ECU-related technical consultative sales skills with automotive OEMs and suppliers.
3. Working experience with OEM key customers.
4. Good English language skills.
5. Strong communications and good organizational skills.
6. Team player, self-motivated, active, initiative, results-oriented, high drive to succeed.
7. Proven work experience in international companies and working experience in multinational European or US companies will be strongly preferred.
8. Willing to travel frequently in China.
