Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and monitor operational excellence strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
2. Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve manufacturing processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and streamline workflows.
4. Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by training and mentoring team members in Lean and Six Sigma principles.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all operations.
7. Work closely with senior leadership to align operational excellence initiatives with organizational goals.
8. Benchmark best practices from other industries and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Experience:
a) 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in operational excellence or continuous improvement roles.
b) Demonstrated success working in MNCs, with a strong understanding of global operational standards.
c) Experience in the Aluminum Composite Material or related manufacturing industries is an advantage.

2. Skills:
a) Fluency in English is essential; a good command of German will be a plus.
b) Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
c) Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
d) Proficient in data analysis and process mapping tools.
e) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
f) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-cultural work environment.
