Role and Responsibilities:
[4G Antenna Design Engineer – 1 position]
1. Design RF circuits for 4G base station antennas
2. Perform RF circuit simulations and optimization (ADS, CST, HFSS, etc.)
3. Conduct performance testing and verification using network analyzers, test chambers, etc.

[5G Antenna Design Engineer – 1 position]
1. Design RF circuits for 5G Massive MIMO antennas (MMU)
2. Perform advanced simulations and optimizations (phased array/beamforming)
3. Validate performance using network analyzers and OTA (Over-The-Air) test environments

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in RF circuit or antenna design
3. Proficiency in simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS, etc.)
4. Strong English communication skills (technical meetings and documentation)
5. Experience with major telecom equipment vendors (Huawei, Comba, Mobi, Tongyu, etc.)
6. Overseas work experience or involvement in global development projects
7. System-level RF and antenna co-design and integration experience
