Position Purpose
As part of our Global Production Technology team, this role plays a key part in shaping the future of manufacturing at the company. You will lead and coordinate development projects for advanced production technologies across our international sites, driving innovation and efficiency. With strong cross-functional collaboration within the COO organization, this position ensures the successful implementation of scalable, forward-looking manufacturing solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Drive global automation and production technology projects across our sites, ensuring strong collaboration within the COO organization.
2. Evaluate and implement new production technologies with focus areas such as CNC machining, fabrication and CAD/CAM.
3. Support our sites in analyzing technology needs and defining suitable solutions.
4. Assess automation and production potential through CAPEX validation, simulation and data analysis.
5. Lead concept development and implementation of strategic automation projects.
6. Coordinate global Capex Steering and contribute to roadmap planning for production technologies.
7. Develop and maintain global standards and tools for production process planning (e.g. CAD, CAM, DNC).
8. Provide subject matter expertise and conduct workshops.
9. Support in creating technical specifications and standardizing production documentation.

Qualifications
1. Completed studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (bachelor’s or equivalent technical degree).
2. Practical experience in machining technology and related CAD/CAM software.
3. Expertise in automation engineering and production optimization.
4. Project management experience, preferably in cross-functional and international environments.
5. Analytical thinking, structured working style, and ability to align technical goals with business needs.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Proficient in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
8. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
