We have two criteria to decide one thing is worth doing or not. One is its value while another is the challenge. Neither of two, we will never engage in even if it’s very lucrative. Of course, effectively dealing with something valuable and challenging, making money will never be a matter.

Judging whether one thing is valuable or not, we have multiple dimensions to measure. It covers benefiting candidates, clients, society, and ourselves. Only by meeting all the above, will we engage and do it with our full selves and our whole hearts.

An objective assessment tool with high norm and validity is a plus supporting Executive Search business. We aligned with Profiles International and became a Strategic Business Partner (SBP) of it starting from 2012.
Profiles’ leading position in people assessment field helps us to better evaluate candidate in an objective manner, and meanwhile it enables us being an assessment solution provider as well other than just a headhunter.
With our assessment tool, people managers are able to better understand the diversity of members of his team in terms of individual’s thinking style, behavioral traits, and professional interests. Thus, leading a multi-cultural and cross functional team becomes much easier than the thoughts we already had in mind before.
