Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue from small and medium-sized OEM customers.
2. Identify and explore new verticals (e.g., arcades, micro markets, kiddie & amusement rides), stay updated on industry trends, and provide market feedback to the company.
3. Build and maintain a strong distributor network and develop close relationships with key partners.
4. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
5. Support the organization and execution of events and trade shows.
6. Maintain long-term customer relationships and manage multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, customer success, and sales operations, and coordinate with global teams for joint initiatives and partnerships.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology Management is required; MBA is a plus.
2. 7–10 years of relevant experience; background in the payment industry is highly preferred.
3. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Technically adept with the ability to assist customers through complex technical processes.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
6. Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
7. Willingness to travel frequently.
