Role and Responsibilities:
1. Mechanical structure design of 4G/5G base station antennas.
2. Housing design using die-casting and injection molding.
3. DFM (Design for Manufacturing) optimization.
4. Thermal management for effective heat dissipation.
5. 3D modeling (Creo, SolidWorks, UG NX, etc.) and 2D drawings (AutoCAD, etc.).

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in mechanical design (preferably for 4G/5G antennas).
3. Proficient in design tools (Creo / SolidWorks / UG NX / AutoCAD, etc.).
4. Strong English communication skills for meetings and documentation.
5. Experience with telecom vendors (Huawei, Comba, Mobi, Tongyu, etc.).
6. Overseas project experience.
7. Hands-on experience in production-ready antenna design and manufacturing.
8. Familiarity with thermal and structural simulation tools.
