Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement local marketing plans aligned with Nayax’s global brand and sales objectives.
2. Localize global product information, marketing campaigns and content to fit market needs and customer segments.
3. Drive lead generation through digital marketing channels including WeChat, Douyin, LinkedIn, email marketing, paid search, SEO, and content marketing.
4. Plan and execute events and trade shows, including logistics, booth design, materials, and coordination with the sales team.
5. Collaborate closely with the local and global sales and marketing team to support pipeline development, sales enablement, and campaign follow-ups.
6. Collaborate closely with our OEM partners’ marketing team to develop win-win marketing strategies.
7. Manage external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing assets.
8. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns based on data insights.
9. Develop localized marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, videos, and social media content.
10. Support PR and media relations efforts to enhance Nayax’s visibility in industry publications and local business media.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech, fintech, IoT, or payment industries.
3. Proven track record in executing successful lead generation and brand campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of China local digital ecosystem (e.g., WeChat, Baidu, Douyin) and global digital ecosystem (e.g. Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, LinkedIn).
5. Excellent project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
6. Creative mindset with strong written and visual storytelling abilities.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
8. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
