Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the China sales and client management team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with global business goals.
3. Identify growth opportunities in China and around the globe, build an effective sales network.
4. Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team; build a strong sales culture based on performance, accountability, and customer success.
5. Collaborate closely with regional and headquarters marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market strategies.
6. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, OEMs, and distribution partners.
7. Manage pipeline forecasting, sales performance metrics, and CRM hygiene to ensure data-driven decision-making.
8. Represent company at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across the region.
9. Provide market insights and feedback to global leadership and product teams to inform development and roadmap priorities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
3. Proven success in B2B technology, payments, or IoT sales; experience in OEM or unattended sectors is a strong plus.
4. Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
