Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end FICO implementations including ECC to S/4HANAmigrations.Configure FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, New Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
2. Leverage S/4HANA Finance capabilities (Universal Journal, Central Finance, New Asset Accounting, CO-PA on HANA, Fiori Apps, Advanced Cash Management). Design and manage integration between FICO and:
· Core SAP modules (MM – Valuation &Invoice Verification; SD- Revenue Recognition & Billing; PP/PS – Cost Object Controlling).
· External systems such as Banking (TIS), Tax (Vertex), Payroll etc.
3. Optimize key processes: Period-End Closing, Financial Reporting (including SAC/BPC), Asset Lifecycle Mgmt., Cost Allocation, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Intercompany Transactions.
4. Provide L2 service support to resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Participate in rollout project and contribute on customizing, SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover and hyper-care support.
Profile And Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
2. Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and implementation experience.
3. Particular S/4HANA Finance Experience with deep understanding of the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, New Asset Accounting, Fiori Apps for Finance, and migration implications.
4. Strong Integration Knowledge in MM (Material Ledger, Invoice Verification), SD (Revenue Recognition), PP (Production Order Settlement), PS (Project Settlement).
5. Thorough understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), closing procedures, reporting, and internal controls.
6. Good presentation and facilitation skills for both technical and finance audiences in advanced written and oral English.
