Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Driving and delivering end-to-end activities and SAP solution for implementation and roll-out projects.
2. Contributing actively in scoping the project requirements, estimating resources and preparing an offer for delivering the results.
3. Proactively ensuring that the SAP solution and progression is consistent with solutions in other tracks.
4. Carrying out best practice project documentation related to own track.
5. Supporting the different business applications (based on area of expertise) and resolving incidents/change requests within the agreed SLAs.
6. Managing escalations as per the process and coordinate between different stakeholders and team members.
7. Sharing knowledge within the team and helping in building up competencies and/or improving the quality of deliverables.
Profile And Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 7+ years of relevant SAP implementation and support experience, specific in PP/Pp-DS/aATP experience is key.
3. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must.
4. Depth consulting and configuration knowledge in SAP PP PP/DS, aATP.
5. Business process mapping, suggesting and explaining the best practices and confidence enough to challenge business requirements when required.
6. Ability to talk to business in a language that they understand (not using SAP terminologies and/or abbreviations for example) Result driven focused on targets and project plans.
7. Flexible, adaptable and stay up to date with the latest offerings and changes within technology.
8. Capable with proved experienced in implementing solutions on MRP/ Production Orders/shop floor control processes.
9. Capable to customize Pp/DS planning process on planning Board, Product View, PPMs/DSAs, Resources, Setup Matrices, Pegging and propagation strategies.
10. Capable to implement and manage global ATP (multilocation sourcing) and substitution rules/ Capable.
11. Promise (CTP) with Pp/DS integration as well as the integration of aATP with SD,PP/DS(CTP) and FWM.
12. Familiar with end-to-end design and implementation of integrated PP/DS and aATP solutions.
