Position Purpose:
We are seeking a Technical Product Development Manager (Hardware and Software) based at our head office in Shanghai. In this role, you will lead all hardware and software product development activities. The focus of the role will be the ramp-up and leading the local product development team in China. In close collaboration with the engineering, sales, and business development team, you develop with your team a local product solution for the Chinese market. You will report directly to the local CEO of China.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Set up, develop, and lead the product development team in China.
组建、发展并领导中国的产品开发团队。
2. Leading hardware and software development for local Chinese product solutions from concept phase to series production.
主导针对中国本地化产品解决方案的硬件和软件开发，从概念阶段到系列生产。
3. Tracking and managing the product development according to the given targets.
根据既定目标追踪和管理产品开发进度。
4. Development and optimization of the local product development methodology and processes.
开发和优化本地产品开发方法与流程。
5. Defining the development strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with sales, business development, and engineering teams.
与销售、业务拓展和工程团队紧密合作，制定开发战略和路线图。
6. Alignment and management of internal interfaces with the stakeholders within the global network (production, purchasing, global product development).
与全球网络（生产、采购、全球产品开发）中的利益相关者协调和管理内部接口。
7. Budget, capacity/resource, and cost management of the product development team.
管理产品开发团队的预算、资源/人力及成本。
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics, or a similar degree with relevant development experience.
电气工程或机电一体化硕士学位，或具有相关开发经验的类似学位。
2. Experience with product and/or solution development.
有产品和/或解决方案开发经验。
3. Ability to teach/mentor others.
具备教导/指导他人的能力。
4. Effective communication skills in English in an intercultural environment.
在跨文化环境中具备有效的英语沟通能力。
5. Willingness to travel within China.
愿意在中国境内出差。
