Role and Responsibilities:
1. Project Operation Manager, with the support of project team is responsible for successful execution/delivery of assigned project(s) on time, within budget, as per the Contract Agreement; with a quality and safety framework of the company, starting from handover from sales until project close out.
在项目团队支持下，负责指定项目按合同约定按时、在预算内顺利执行与交付；自销售交接项目起至项目收尾，全程遵循公司的质量与安全管理框架开展工作。
2. Full responsibility for engineering projects, including genset/IT/MV/LV modular projects and MEP projects, mainly focusing on maximizing financial results, staying on the contractual schedule, and achieving high customer satisfaction in electromechanical industries.
全面负责柴发/IT/中压/低压模块化项目及机电总包项目，聚焦机电行业领域，实现项目财务效益最大化，严格遵守合同工期要求，持续提升客户满意度。
3. The Project Operation Manager will have the overall responsibility for leading the implementation of customer projects in good cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
与内外部相关方紧密协作，全面牵头推进客户项目落地实施，对项目整体成效负责。
4. The responsibilities also include project planning, scheduling, resourcing, quality management, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and reporting to the management.
同时承担项目计划制定、工期排期、资源调配、质量管理、成本控制与预测、风险管理工作，并向项目委员会进行项目汇报。
5. Carry out research and review of critical or special issues, followed by analysis, summary, and recommendations for process optimization.
对关键、特殊问题开展调研复盘，完成分析总结并提出流程优化建议。
6. Report to the Operations VP, and be responsible for cross-departmental coordination and communication with internal functional teams to ensure smooth progress of project-related work.
向运营VP汇报工作，同时负责与公司内部各职能部门开展跨部门协调与沟通，保障项目相关工作的顺利推进。
Qualifications:
1. Willingness to commit to achieve company goals and a long-term personal development attitude within the company are the first prerequisites.

2. Good, analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills are mandatory requirements, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
必须具备优秀的分析决策与问题解决能力，同时能够快速适应形势变化，承受工作压力开展工作。
3. Technical educational background, Bachelor’s Degree or above in engineering with subject of mechanical, electrical or other relevant engineering industries.
工科技术教育背景，机械、电气或其他相关工业工程专业，本科及以上学历。
4. At least 5 years of engineering project experience in new energy, data center, chemical engineering, electromechanical engineering and other related industries is required; candidates with international work experience and background in EPC or Multi-national based companies are highly valued.
需具备新能源、数据中心、化工、机电工程等相关行业至少 5 年工程项目工作经验；优先考虑拥有国际工作经历，且具备工程总承包（EPC）或跨国企业工作背景者的候选人。
5. Project management capability and understanding of a wider perspective to see one’s own contribution from the viewpoint of the whole are needed for successful performance. Professional personnel management, coaching, and excellent team-leading abilities are prerequisites to meet the goals set for the role.
岗位履职需具备项目管理能力，且拥有全局视野，能从公司整体角度认知自身工作的价值贡献；具备专业的人员管理、团队指导能力及出色的团队领导能力，是达成岗位既定目标的必备条件。
6. Excellent verbal and written English is a must, with a high level of English listening and speaking skills required, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
具备优秀的英语听说读写能力为硬性要求，同时需拥有出色的英语听说能力，且能运用英语开展高效沟通。
7. Professional-level ability with MS Office tools. Experience from MS Project, SAP, or other ERP systems is a minimum requirement.
熟练掌握微软办公软件；至少具备微软项目管理（MS Project）、SAP 或其他企业资源计划（ERP）系统的使用经验，为基础要求
Willing to accept moderate business trips, with arrangements aligned to the company’s business needs.
接受适度出差，出差安排顺应公司业务需求。
PMP certification is preferred
拥有PMP项目证书为加分项。
