3. Take full ownership of Sales Region, including:
统筹所在销售区域的所有事务,包括:
— Systematic sales strategy and forecast.

— Account allocation within your region.

— Support of team members to create account specific strategies.
支持团队成员制定特定于客户的策略。
— Tracking and controlling strategy execution.

4. Direct Account Management for selected Key Accounts, including:
对于关键客户的直接对接工作,包括:
— Promote dSPACE products and services to customers.
向客户推广dSPACE产品和服务。
— Find out new sales leads and pursue the business opportunities.
关注新的销售线索和商业机会。
— Successfully move new business opportunities from first contact to order and implementation for assigned accounts in collaboration with technical team.
在与客户的初次交流中成功获得有效信息,成功地完成订单,并与技术团队相互协作,维护已经签约的客户。
5. Establish and maintain close and professional relationships with customers in the automotive market and other fields.
与汽车市场和其它领域的客户建立并保持密切的关系。
6. Actively participate in dSPACE marketing activities, including representing dSPACE at tradeshows, techdays, conferences, and other company events.
积极参与dSPACE的市场推广活动,包括代表dSPACE参加展会、技术日、会议和其它公司活动。
Qualifications 岗位要求
1. Degree from key university in EE, Mechatronics or equivalent.
毕业于重点大学的电子工程、机电专业或相关专业
2. Multiple years related technical consultative sales skills with automotive OEMs and suppliers, familiar with automotive industry clients in Beijing and surrounding northern regions, such as BAIC, Shaanxi Automobile, etc.
具有多年为汽车原始设备制造商和供应商提供技术咨询并进行销售推广的经验,熟悉北京及北方周边地区汽车行业客户,如北汽、陕汽等。
3. Good English language skills.
良好的英语语言能力。
4. Very good abilities in organization, communication, and moderation.
良好的组织、沟通和协调能力。
5. Ability to see the “big picture” and work cross-functional with other teams and departments
具有大局观,并与其它团队和部门进行跨团队合作。
6. Team player, self-motivated, active, initiative, results oriented, high drive to succeed.
具有团队合作精神,积极主动,进取心强,注重结果,有追求成功的强烈动力;
7. Work experience in international companies, with direct personal experience in collaboration with Europe or US will be strongly preferred.
有国际化公司工作经验,曾与欧美公司进行直接合作的优先考虑。
8. Willing to travel frequently in China.
接受国内经常出差。
9. First experience in leadership or project management preferred, but not mandatory
有领导或项目管理经验者优先,非硬性要求。
