Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Take an active part in the sales support team, including but not limited to CRM system management, order creation, order fulfillment, after-sale support, etc.
2. Cross-department coordination and communication.
3. Function also as reception desk
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in using computers and various office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force, SAP, power automation, etc.).
2. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
3. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to create and present various reports as required.
4. Familiarity with import and export operations is a plus.
5. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
6. Must have good English reading and writing skills. Good spoken English is a plus.
7. Knowledge of business reception etiquette to handle client interactions professionally.
