Role & Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for 77GHz Radar RSP development, SIL and verification.
负责77GHz 车载毫米波雷达信号处理算法的仿真、开发、测试和验证;
2. Deeply involve overall Radar design and development for Radar chips, CFAR and DOA etc.
参与车载毫米波雷达总体方案设计,完成雷达波形设计、恒虚警检测、角度估计等算法设计和开发;
3. Review system requirement, analyze software requirement and finish corresponding documentation.
分析系统和软件需求,并完成相关的文档撰写;
4. Work with HW&SYS experts to implement the algo., support HW on RF design for system performance optimization, design the validation cases in both simulation and real vehicle environment to evaluate the performance.
与硬件&系统专家一起实现算法,设计验证用例,支持硬件专家进行RF设计并对整个系统进行性能优化,在模拟和实车环境下进行性能评估和优化;
5. Support Radar-related performance testing.
支持雷达相关性能测试;
6. Software design according to architecture, including module design, module test, documentation, etc.
根据架构进行软件设计,如模块详细设计,模块测试,相关的文档编写等;
7. Participate in peer reviews for design and code implementation.
参与项目设计和代码实现的评审;
8. Necessary support system team and project manager, close communication with the project team.
对项目经理和系统组的工作提供必要的支持,并与项目团队保持良好的沟通;
9. Other job assigned by Department Manager
部门经理安排的其他工作。

Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or higher, with a solid understanding of radar architectures and operation principles.
硕士以上学历,熟悉雷达的体制和工作原理
2. Experience in developing radar algorithms specifically for FMCW and related waveforms.
具有FMCW等相关波形的雷达算法开发经验
3. Proficient in common radar MIMO waveform designs and velocity de-aliasing algorithms, well-versed in the trade-offs of methods like TDA-MIMO, FDA-MIMO, and PDA-MIMO.
熟悉常用的雷达MIMO波形设计和速度解模糊算法,如TDA-MIMO、FDA-MIMO、PDA-MIMO等方法和优缺点
4. Familiarity with standard radar signal processing algorithms, including D-FFT、CFAR、DOA (Direction of Arrival) estimation.

5. Proficient in C/C++,Matlab and Python for algorithm simulation, design and verification.
熟练使用C/C++/Matlab/Python等编程语言进行算法仿真、设计和验证
