Role & Responsibilities
1. Promote and develop, train, and support the existing distribution network in the territory: distributors, kitchen contractors, and kitchen architects.
1) Training of the Distributors sales team.
2) Business & projects follow-up.
3) Field support.
4) Open doors.
2. End Users promotion, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, caterers, central kitchens, bakeries & pastry shops.
1) Product solutions recommendation.
2) Machine demonstration.
3) After-sales commissioning, training & service.
3. Promoting Robot Coupe brand & product solutions through the F&B operators of the industry (Chain HQ, Hotels, Catering group).
4. Networking with, Consultants, Culinary schools, Chefs’ Associations …
5. Participate in regional and national exhibitions.
6. All these missions will be led in collaboration with the Management.

Qualifications
1. Distribution management knowledge, ideally in the kitchen manufacturing environment.
2. Working knowledge of the Food Service industry (food manufacturer, food distributor, equipment specialist, chef) ideally, with a proven successful experience to develop a distribution network.
3. Salesperson with first sales experience and with a “roll up the sleeves” attitude.
4. High drive and energy, combined with a charismatic personality able to motivate and enthuse.
5. Autonomy, Ability to organize work, ability to Listen and be curious.
6. Driving license & a car.
7. Education:
1) Hospitality Management School, Culinary School, ideally completed with a Business-oriented education.
2) Business Administration, sales with a “taste” for gastronomy and the word of cooking.
8. Languages: English with full professional proficiency, Cantonese would be a plus.
