Main Tasks:

Employment of personnel

 Prepare HC development plan; Choose the recruitment channels, select personnel, conduct interviews and employing or rejecting applicants, draw up offer and labor contract, conduct reference check.
 Procuring personnel through the labour exchange, pers. application, selecting personnel, conducting interviews and employing or rejecting applicants, drawing up contract of employment in order to cover agreed personnel requirements in regards to quantity and qualification.
 Perform employment formalities, arrange orientation training, support for probation evaluation, release personnel change announcement.
 Responsible for labor contract termination cases.
 Drawing up, coordinating and implementing or asserting the personnel principles (within the framework of the GP/HR strategy) to ensure the success of the company.

Remuneration

 Salary and other payments calculation and social security management.
 Conduct benchmark surveys and evaluate positions in market environment.
 Design and set up salary & bonus structure, implement salary proposals and bonus plans.
 Arrange employee benefits and social welfare, tax payment according to government’s requirement. Policy set-up and implementation.
 Responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the full spectrum of HR & Admin function.
 Draft, implement and update HR & Admin. Policies and workflow.
 Proactively review and improve overall HR & Admin operation according to business requirement.
 Drawing up and administering remuneration and time data for the central settlement of remuneration in order to ensure correct and timely payment.
 Consulting, coordinating and negotiating new and existing principles for remuneration and models for working hours with company /specialist departments and the works council in order to guarantee a remuneration which meets requirements and performance and to adapt company personnel capacities to production conditions.

Personnel supervision & personnel development

 Consult the management team for personnel supervision, draw up reward & warning system.
 Set up and implement employee performance management system.

 Introduce concepts for personnel development and qualification programs to ensure medium-term personnel planning for employees and long-term personnel/successor planning for executives.
 Expiry of and terminating contracts of employment and taking into account aspects as per contract and under industrial relations law in order to cover agreed personnel requirements and guarantee qualified deployment of personnel.
 Consulting the employees and executives in matters relating to personnel and social welfare, drawing up of references, certificates, warnings, recourse claims in order to guarantee optimum deployment of personnel and provide a service for the employees.

Training

 Build up Training Management Procedure, make annual training budget.
 Identify and analysis training requirement, select training suppliers, build up internal training programs.
 With targets and delegation, selecting, qualifying and further developing employees on the basis of a culture of trust, controlling effectiveness, in order to develop and compensate potentials and promote individual competencies.
 Coordinating the tasks and objectives of technical training on the basis of central stipulations, assisting in the selection and employment of the apprentices to guarantee qualified skilled workers in the future and their deployment in the medium term.

Employee relationship

 Liaise with local government for all personnel related matters.
 Deal with employee conflict, build up harmonious working atmosphere.
 Organize various team activities.
 Responsible for labor contract management, support visa/ work permit application, etc.

Administration support (Supervision)

 Provide Administration support to meet daily requirement (incl. Business travel management, daily office supply, facility, furniture, software/hardware purchase, lunch arrangement, cleaning, etc.).
 Deal with office(s) lease related issues.
 Supervise office safety and security.
 Contract Management.
 Other tasks assigned by the Management.

Required Skills and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree or above.
 Japanese (Native), Fluent written and verbal English.
 Major in HR, English or Business Administration preferred.
 Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
 At least 5 years HR Generalist working experience.
 Good team player, self-initiative; trustworthy and confidential.
 Sound leadership skill.
 Familiar with HR policies, Labor Market, trend of HR development.
