Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company’s brand development and marketing strategy planning, making brand and marketing plans and budgets.
2. Responsible for establishing the company’s brand management system, organizing brand management, and various brand publicity activities.
3. Responsible for organizing international and domestic optical industry exhibitions.
4. Organize the establishment and maintenance of the company’s website, public account, and other publicity channels.
5. Organize the implementation of online and offline marketing plans, and conduct comprehensive supervision and guidance on the implementation process.
6. Responsible for the company’s major marketing activities planning, organizing, implementing, and effect evaluation.
7. Organize the collection and analysis of the company’s market operation data, and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of market promotion activities.
8. Responsible for establishing good cooperative relations with external media, government agencies, and related institutions.
9. Organize the collection of industry or market dynamic information, regular market forecasts and intelligence analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in media, journalism, marketing or other related.
2. More than eight years of market operation management experience; Experience in marketing and operation management in the optical industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with optical online and offline brand promotion and publicity channels; Rich optical industry and media channel resources are preferred.
4. International exhibition experience is preferred.
5. Have strong market perception ability and market development ability.
6. Innovative thinking, flexible mind, with a high sense of responsibility.
7. English as a working language.
8. Provide successful project information before applying for the job (public account, Twitter, web page, electronic sample book of the company’s products and corporate image promotion, etc.);
