Role & Responsibilities

1. Develop, plan and implement an information technology (IT) strategy:
2. Based on the overall strategic development of the company, formulate an information technology strategy including information and data security plans, IT team structure, and business support plans promote the profile and trust of IT team.
3. Provide professional consultation, suggestions, and solutions for information technology transformation.
4. Lead the analysis of information technology needs, develop action plans and timelines for information technology construction transformation.
5. Information system optimization:
6. Responsible for integrating and optimizing the existing information management systems of the company based on its business development and management needs.
7. Develop corresponding solutions for automation and digitization of manual process and information.
8. Responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of IT systems.
9. IT projects Management:
10. Lead the initiation, delivery, and implementation of new IT projects (eg. ERP system) in the company, responsible for technical research, evaluation, negotiation, and IT support during each phase of the project.
11. Responsible for the resource and delivery planning, coordination, costing of IT projects including the management of 3rd party suppliers.
12. Responsible for providing solutions to fully integrate the various information systems of the group, including but not limited to supplier chain management, inventory management, production and quality control, inventory control, HR and talent management, approval workflows, and financial management systems in order to support the operation of the group.
13. Information Security Management Supervision:
14. Responsible for the overall information security of the group, developing and improving the company’s data standards and information confidentiality practices, ensuring the security of company’s data and systems.
15. Ensuring the satisfaction of data security requirements of key clients, and the efficient and smooth operation of IT applications and systems.
16. Responsible for the security of the company’s network and the prevention of security incidences.
17. Ongoing IT services and support: Coordinate timely communication of internal and external information within the department, effectively communicate with business and functional departments, and provide IT technical service support.
18. IT Team management: Develop an information technology organizational structure appropriate to the current situation of the group; Develop a strong and capable IT service team over time.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science and Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Information Management, etc.
2. Proven track record of leading the successful implementation of key IT projects in large enterprises; strong experience in architecture, operation, and management of internal information systems in manufacturing industry.
3. Solid understanding with data processing methods and processes, familiar with the design, development, feasibility study of software and hardware, strong experience in testing, evaluation, and operational management.
4. Highly experienced in IT system design, execution, and decision-making, able to provide reasonable suggestions to senior management, and excellent IT infrastructure planning and design capabilities, as well as the analysis and integration capabilities of business requirements.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Chinese and English), budget management skills, logical thinking skills, and learning abilities.
6. Strong team leadership and project management skills.
