Role & Responsibilities
1. Formulate the group’s annual human resources plan, organize the implementation of the company’s human resources plan, and track and supervise the implementation of the plan.
2. According to the company’s requirements at different stages, study and optimize the company’s organizational structure, team scale, and incentive mode, and constantly improve organizational efficiency.
3. Responsible for planning the talent development projects, and continuously optimizing the key positions and key talents in the management system of the company.
4. Draft the company’s recruitment and allocation plan, organize meetings to analyze the summary of the recruitment and allocation results, and provide improvement action.
5. Formulate, review, and request approval of the company’s salary and welfare, performance, training, and employee relationship module management system, and establish and improve the salary and welfare system.
6. Assist the subsidiary HR department to develop its own HR.

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 10 years of working experience and more than 5 years of human resources management experience.
2. Master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of human resources management, and familiar with national labor laws and regulations.
3. Proficient in system management such as enterprise system process, enterprise culture, and human resources.
4. Excellent organization and coordination capacity, planning and execution capacity, and written expression capacity.
5. Base Nanjing, accept global business trips, fluent English communication.
