Role & Responsibilities
1. Ensure safety quality, time, and costs of tooling production within the tooling delivery schedule.
2. Balance resources and ensure a cost-efficient production.
3. Support and foster operational excellence.
4. Improve the overall quality of staff, motivate their enthusiasm for production, and awareness of safety and technical skills.
5. Participation in quality control measures and ensuring the quality objectives.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above, degree in mechanical engineering or relevant majors.
2. More than 15 years of manufacturing management experience, including more than 7years
operation management experience, mold industry is preferred.
3. Technical standards to master a variety of business, tooling drawings, familiar with the
performance of tooling plant equipment.
4. Excellent communication skills with external &internal customers.
5. Fluent English.
