Role & Responsibilities

1. Mainly work for the software development of 12V DC stabilizer, 48V DCDC product.
主要负责12V直流稳压器，48V直流转换器的软件研发工作。
2. Analyze software requirements and finish corresponding documentation.
分析软件需求，并完成相关的文档撰写。
3. Software design according to architecture, including module design, coding, module test, documentation, etc.
根据架构进行软件设计，如模块详细设计，编码，模块测试，相关的文档编写等。
4. Implement software integration and integration test.
进行软件集成和集成测试。
5. Participate in peer reviews for design and code implementation.
参与项目设计和代码实现的评审。
6. Necessary support for system team and project manager.
对项目经理和系统团队的工作提供必要的支持。
7. Close communication with project team.
与项目团队保持良好的沟通。
8. Other job assigned by Department Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering, Computer Science or related field.
软件工程、计算机或其他相关专业，本科或以上学历。
2. At least 3 years relevant experience in automotive SW development, be interested in Energy Management products.
至少三年汽车电子软件开发经验，对新能源汽车相关产品感兴趣。
3. Software development experience in full software life cycle.
有整个软件项目周期开发的经验。
4. (C Coding) Proficient in C language for embedded software.
(C语言方向) 熟练掌握C语言嵌入式开发。
5. Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e. CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.).
熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CAN, LIN, UDS, 等)。
6. AutoSAR and Function Safety design experience is preferred.
有AutoSAR和功能安全项目经验者优先考虑。
7. Fluent English skill, both in speaken and written.
能熟练的使用英语口语和写作。
8. Highly motivated, team sense, good at thinking, responsibility, open mind.
能够自我激励；有团队精神；善于思考；有责任心；思路开放。
9. Good communication and coordination skills.

We divide our business into the Automotive Original Equipment and Aftermarket segments. The Automotive Original Equipment segment comprises the Lighting and Electronics Business Divisions. The customer base for this segment is made up of automakers and other automotive suppliers.
