We use two criteria to determine whether a task is worth undertaking: its value and the challenge it presents. We will not engage in a task if it lacks either, even if it promises substantial financial gain. Of course, when effectively dealing with something valuable and challenging, making money will never be a problem.

In assessing the value of a task, we consider multiple dimensions. These include the benefits to candidates, clients, society, and us. Only when a task meets all these criteria do we commit to it fully, with our entire being and heartfelt dedication.
