Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain business with existing and new clients.
2. Lead position mapping and candidate searching for clients’ assignments.
3. Screen potential candidates and identify the right ones from search results.
4. Interview and evaluate shortlisted candidates, complete candidate reports, and then make recommendations.
5. Communicate with clients on assignments/candidates’ status.
6. Summarize and report assignment status and plan actions needed.
7. Coordinate and participate in client interviews.
8. Salary negotiation and reference checks.
9. Maintain system data in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with active/inactive candidates.
11. Onboarding assistance and regular follow-up for placed candidates.
12. Studying industry trends, analyzing and reporting the latest changes.
Qualifications
1. University education or equivalent.
2. 3+ years of working experience, at least one year in consulting/HR/sales.
3. Strong learning abilities and willingness.
4. Good language skills and critical thinking.
5. Strong self-motivation, willing to take on challenges, and able to work under pressure.
6. Detail-focused, strict, and persistent.
7. Result-driven, good at time & task management.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Good English proficiency both orally and in writing.
