Roles & Responsibilities
1. Study customers’ businesses and organizational cultures guided by consultants.
2. Analyse the open positions that customers have assigned.
3. Map the direction of targeted talent and conduct candidate searches.
4. Search & locate potential candidates.
5. Conduct the first call to potential candidates for case briefing and motivation check.
6. Follow up on the approached candidates and collect feedback.
7. Daily update & report on candidate search progress.
8. Format candidate report.
9. Input and maintain candidate information and project progress in the system.
10. Coordinate and follow up on candidate interviews.
11. Keep in touch with placed and inactive candidates.
Qualifications
1. University education or equivalent.
2. Strong learning abilities and desire for personal growth.
3. Good language skills, happy to conduct in-person or online communication with unacquainted people.
4. Be able to take challenges and work under pressure.
5. Detail-focused and high self-discipline.
6. Proficient in acquiring information and building connections with people from the internet and any other offline events.
7. Good command of MS Office and other IT tools.
8. Good English proficiency will be a plus.
