Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Install, upgrade, and configure SAP systems (ABAP/Java stacks) and applications.
2. Manage SAP transports, client copies, and system refreshes.
3. Monitor system health, including memory, CPU, database, and disk usage.
4. Optimize system performance through parameter adjustments and workload analysis.
5. Create and maintain user accounts, roles, and authorization profiles.
6. Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
7. Design and execute backup/recovery strategies for SAP databases (Oracle, HANA, etc.).
8. Perform disaster recovery drills and system restores.
9. Resolve system errors, RFC connections, print issues, and transport failures.
10. Coordinate with SAP functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams within GEA and partner.
11. Apply SAP kernels, support packages (SPAM/SAINT), and security patches.
12. Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and changes.
13. Work with cloud/on-premise infrastructure teams for server provisioning, storage, and networking.
14. Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and integrations with third-party systems.
15. Fiori Administration & OData services activation.
16. SAP Sizing knowledge and experience.
17. Experience with MDG and BI system administrations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. 5+ years in SAP Basis administration (ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, etc.).
3. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring).
4. Certifications: SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or cloud certifications is a plus.
5. Ability to work in critical P1/P2 issues and response in required time.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and SAP migration to the cloud.
8. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, PO/CPI, or SAP BTP.
9. Scripting/Automation (SAP HANA Studio, PowerShell, Bash).
10. High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) setup.
