Roles and Responsibilities
1、负责ADAS/AD领域的产品和业务拓展，聚焦在新产品和新客户;
Responsible for product and business development in the ADAS/AD domain, with a focus on new products and new customers.
2、识别市场机会和潜在需求，负责售前解决方案的介绍和展示;
Identify market opportunities and potential demands and be responsible for introducing and presenting pre-sales solutions.
3、协助销售拜访潜在的ADAS/AD目标客户，建立并维护客户的决策层关系;
Assist sales in visiting potential ADAS/AD target customers, establish and maintain relationships with their decision-making stakeholders.
4、与德国总部对接产品规划，制定国内的业务拓展计划;
Coordinate product planning with GmbH and develop domestic business expansion plans.
5、协助市场部完成产品的市场推广和Demo展示，如行业会议、论坛/展会、产品宣传稿等;
Assist the marketing department in promoting the product and conducting demo presentations, such as industry conferences, forums/exhibitions, and product press releases.
6、持续跟踪竞争对手的进展，如新产品规划、战略调整等。
Continuously track competitors’ progress, such as new product planning and strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
1、全日制本科及以上学历，理工科专业；
Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering.
2、3年以上整车厂或Tier1的ADAS/AD研发工作经验，熟悉ADAS/AD的开发和测试体系;
More than 3 years of experience in ADAS/AD research and development at a vehicle manufacturer or Tier 1, familiar with ADAS/AD development and testing systems.
3、具备嵌入式软硬件开发测试的经验，或熟悉HIL/RCP/SIL/仿真模型等研发工具链者优先;
Experience in embedded software and hardware development and testing, or familiarity with research and development toolchains such as HIL/RCP/SIL/simulation models, is preferred.
4、有国内整车厂、Tier1供应商的客户资源者优先；
Customer resources from domestic OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers will be given priority.
5、善于沟通协调，具备跨文化沟通的能力和意愿，英语需作为工作语言；
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability and willingness to engage in cross-cultural communication, English must be used as a working language.
6、适应全国范围内50%以上时间的出差；
Be adaptable to over 50% domestic travel nationwide.
