Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and technical feasibility analysis of automotive millimeter-wave radar antennas during RFQ and acquisition phases, including antenna topology selection, array architecture definition, and performance trade-off analysis.

2. Design, simulate, and optimize radar antenna systems, including single antenna elements, antenna arrays, feed networks, and integration with radar RF front-end and package constraints.
负责雷达天线阵元、阵列、馈电网络的设计与仿真,并结合射频前端及封装约束进行整体优化。
3. Perform full electromagnetic simulations and tolerance analysis using HFSS / CST, covering radiation pattern, gain, sidelobe level, beamforming performance, bandwidth, efficiency, and vehicle installation effects.
使用 HFSS / CST 进行完整电磁仿真与公差分析,评估方向图、增益、副瓣、波束性能、带宽、效率及整车安装影响。
4. Lead antenna prototyping, calibration, and validation testing, including anechoic chamber measurements, radar-level RF performance testing, and correlation between simulation and measurement.
主导天线样件开发、标定与测试,包括暗室测试、雷达系统级 RF 测试,以及仿真与实测结果的相关性分析。
5. Collaborate closely with radar system, RF, mechanical, and package teams to ensure antenna performance meets system-level requirements under automotive constraints (size, cost, EMC, reliability).

6. Manage external antenna and RF suppliers, including technical requirement definition, design reviews, issue tracking, and development progress control.

7. Support root cause analysis and technical problem solving for antenna- and RF-related issues from development, validation, or market field returns.

8. Participate in radar-related regulations, standards, and technology roadmap activities, tracking industry trends and contributing to next-generation radar antenna concepts and architectures.

9. Ensure antenna development activities follow automotive V-model and quality processes, supporting design reviews, DFMEA, DV/PV, and documentation deliverables.
确保天线开发符合汽车 V-model 及质量流程要求,支持设计评审、DFMEA、DV/PV 等开发文档交付。
10. Other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
完成部门经理安排的其他工作。

Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or above in Electromagnetic Field & Microwave Technology, Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Radio Physics, or related fields.
电磁场与微波、通信工程、电子工程、无线电物理等相关专业,硕士及以上学历。
2. Solid theoretical foundation in antenna engineering, including antenna radiation theory, array antennas, beamforming, and feed network design.
具备扎实的天线理论基础,熟悉天线辐射机理、阵列天线、波束控制及馈电网络设计。
3. Hands-on experience with millimeter-wave antenna design (preferably 76–81 GHz) and understanding of automotive radar application constraints is highly preferred.
具备毫米波(优先 76–81 GHz)天线设计经验,理解汽车雷达应用场景与约束者优先。
4. Proficient in EM simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio; capable of independently completing antenna modeling, simulation, and optimization.
熟练使用 HFSS、CST 等电磁仿真工具,能够独立完成天线建模、仿真与优化。
5. Experienced with RF and antenna measurement equipment, including vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal source, noise analyzer, oscilloscope, and anechoic chamber systems.
熟悉射频与天线测试设备,包括网络分析仪、频谱仪、信号源、噪声分析仪、示波器及暗室测试系统。
6. Good understanding of radar systems and RF front-end architecture (TX/RX chains, MIMO radar, integration impacts on antenna design).
对雷达系统及射频前端架构(TX/RX、MIMO 雷达)有较好理解,能从系统角度开展天线设计。
7. Familiar with automotive development processes, such as V-model, ASPICE, DFMEA, and DV/PV.
熟悉汽车电子开发流程,如 V 模型、ASPICE、DFMEA、DV/PV。
8. Knowledge of radar-related regulations and standards (e.g. ETSI, FCC, national standards) is a plus.

9. Good English communication skills in both written and spoken technical contexts.
