Role & Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for 77GHz Radar tracking algorithm development, SIL, and verification.
负责77GHz 车载毫米波雷达追踪处理算法的仿真、开发、测试和验证；
2. Be responsible for the design & verification of Radar data clustering, Filter algorithm, data association, tracking, and data fusion.
负责数据处理聚类、滤波器设计、数据关联、航迹管理、数据融合等算法设计、验证；
3. Review system requirements, analyze software requirements, and finish corresponding documentation.
分析系统和软件需求，并完成相关的文档撰写；
4. Work with RSP &SYS experts to implement the algorithm for system performance optimization, design the validation cases in both simulation and real vehicle environment to evaluate the performance.
与RSP&系统专家一起实现算法，设计验证用例，支持对整个系统进行性能优化，在模拟和实车环境下进行性能评估和优化;
5. Support Radar-related performance testing.
支持雷达相关性能测试；
6. Software design according to architecture, including module design, module test, documentation, etc.
根据架构进行软件设计，如模块详细设计，模块测试，相关的文档编写等；
7. Participate in peer reviews for design and code implementation.
参与项目设计和代码实现的评审；
8. Necessary support system team and project manager, close communication with the project team
对项目经理和系统组的工作提供必要的支持,并与项目团队保持良好的沟通；
9. Other job assigned by the Department Manager
部门经理安排的其他工作。
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering, Computer Science or related field.
软件工程、计算机或其他相关专业，硕士或以上学历;
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Radar algorithm (Tracking) development is preferred.
雷达算法（Tracking）3年以上开发经验， 汽车雷达算法开发经验者优先考虑;
3. Familiar with radar principles, algorithms, signal processing, and related ADAS use cases, good understanding of radar-based ADAS system features.
熟悉雷达原理，算法，信号处理和ADAS相关的使用，对ADAS系统功能有很好的理解;
4. Familiar with tracking object processing, familiar with KF, EKF, and UKF, etc.
熟悉目标跟踪的过程，了解KF、EKF、UKF等滤波算法；
5. Software development experience in full software life cycle.
有整个软件项目周期开发的经验;
6. Have proficiency in writing optimized codes in multiple programming languages, e.g., C/C++, MATLAB, etc.
熟练掌握多种编程语言，如C/C++, MATLAB等;
7. Experience with OSEK and AutoSAR is preferred.
有OSEK & AutoSAR 项目经验者优先考虑;
8. Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
能熟练的使用英语口语和写作;
9. Highly motivated, team sense, good at thinking, responsible, open-minded.

10. Good communication and coordination skills.
